Great product, fingerprint recognition is enough for me and the ability to create a tempoary password to let the kids in my bedroom when not about, or open via bluetooth is also a great feature.

I’m very happy with this lock! It’s easy to install and works great. I use it for my Airbnb entrance and love that I can change the code whenever I want. The quality is excellent and it’s very convenient to manage with the app. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this lock has been a huge disappointment.After only two days of normal use, it started malfunctioning. On one occasion, I locked the door from the inside and then couldn’t unlock it again. I had to call a family member for help. Although the key was still in the lock, it became completely jammed and wouldn’t turn from the outside either. After many attempts, we finally managed to get the door open.Today, the handle jammed again and the door wouldn’t open at all. I had no choice but to remove the lock by force. After taking it apart, I discovered that one of the internal components had snapped.The build quality is extremely poor. I bought three of these locks, but thankfully the other two haven’t been used much yet. Given my experience, I have serious concerns about their reliability.I would not recommend this product, especially for any door where getting locked in or locked out could become a safety issue. Please think carefully before buying.

L’image est nette, on distingue parfaitement les personnes, et la qualité du son est très bonne, même avec une distance importante entre la box et la sonnette. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

I have a range of Ezvoz cameras at home, software is good and reliable (Ezviz is part of Hikvision) and most importantly the door bell doesn’t require a subscription (robbery!) to store images. Five stars

Het product is van goede kwaliteit en levert een scherp beeld. De installatie is super eenvoudig en was binnen 10 minuten klaar, zelfs voor iemand zonder enige ervaring zoals ik! Een fijne aanvulling voor iedereen die in een appartement woont, zodat je kunt zien wie er voor de deur staat wanneer je niet thuis bent. De detectie reageert snel en betrouwbaar. Tot nu toe ben ik erg tevreden.

My Ezviz DB2 was cooked during the hot summer, so had to buy a replacement. I thought the CP8 would be a substantial upgrade given the improved resolution and battery capacity. I was wrong!The CP8 constantly went offline for me. When I say constantly, I mean about 10 times per hour. And when it’s offline, you cannot look at the live video feed or the videos it recorded. This makes the camera useless.I did try to fix this problem: updated the firmware and made changes to my router settings (increased the time my router drops devices that don’t communicate, switched to legacy IPv4, and gave the CP8 a dedicated IP address). None of these worked. The offline problem continued.I think Ezviz was too obsessed with prolonging battery life and made the CP8 go offline too much so it would conserve the battery. But they made the useless! Or maybe I had a defective unit?So I returned the CP8 and bought another Ezviz DB2. The DB2 has a smaller battery (nearly half the capacity) but NEVER goes offline. There reason the DB2 works so well is because the external chime is the part that actually connects with your WiFi router. The camera sends the video (when it senses movement) to the chime. Since the chime is powered by the mains, it’s always connected to WiFi. The DB2 does go to sleep, but when it starts recording video, it sends the video to the chime, and the chime forwards the video to the WiFi router.One thing I recently learned after my original DB2 broke is that UV destroys plastic CCTV lenses. So whatever camera you buy, ensure that it has a cover or visor to protect the lens from the sun.
